Train with me three times per week in Fort Worth, TX to achieve your fat loss and running goals with no month to month contract.

The Starting Line package includes:
12 in-person strength training for runners sessions in the Shred Shed with me each month (3x per week)
A running plan for you to follow at home based on your goals
Daily online nutrition habits program with coaching support
Food diary assessment:
Two nutrition coaching calls per month
Email and text support

The Sprint $500 PER MONTH

Train with me three times per week in Fort Worth, TX to achieve your fat loss and running goals. Make a three month commitment to achieve maximum results and to save $100 per month. Pay monthly, commit to three months in advance.
