The Warm up.
You wouldn’t start an exercise session without a warm up, would you? So why would you hire a trainer without warming up to them first? Fill out my online assessment so we can talk about your unique running goals and how we can work together to accomplish them.
The Starting Line. $60 PER MONTH
The Starting Line package includes a running plan to run your first or fastest customized half marathon built to your unique goals and abilities. Includes strength training for runners workouts and online nutrition habits program. This is an online program only.
